Meadowlark is a family company, not a franchise: Jeremy, Marika, and their son Jonah. We've spent fifteen years cleaning for other people, and we kept noticing the same thing. The big chains treat homes like route stops, and homeowners can feel it.

No. We're an independent, family-owned company. The family that quotes your home is the family that cleans it.
How do I get a quote?
Call or text us, or use the quote form. For bigger jobs we do free in-home estimates: we walk the space with you and give you an exact number on the spot.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything's included. If you'd rather we use your preferred products, just show us where they live.
Do I have to commit to a schedule?
No. One-time cleans are always welcome. Most families end up choosing a biweekly rhythm, but that's up to you.
How soon can you come?
Usually within the week, and if it'll be longer you'll hear that on the phone, not after. Move-out dates get priority.
What exactly is included in a clean?
Every visit runs the Meadowlark 50-Point Clean, the same written checklist every time. A few things are their own trades and we say so up front: biohazard work, full hoarding remediation, exterior windows, carpet extraction. For those we'll point you toward someone good.
